Specialist legal recruitment consultancy, Cogence Search, is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Holt who until recently was an Employment Partner at Field Fisher Waterhouse and will be their new head of Employment, Benefits and Pensions.
He joined Cogence Search on 20 February 2012 and will, in accordance with the Cogence Search model, specialise in the provision of search services within his personal area of expertise.
Within Field Fisher Waterhouse Peter provided contentious and non-contentious advice to clients in the Financial Services, Recruitment, Retail, Sports and Technology sectors in particular, the Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE); collective redundancy procedure; trade union recognition/de-recognition and the law relating to strike action and picketing; the Human Resources aspects of project management and change management.
Commenting on the appointment, Mark Husband, Managing Director of Cogence Search said:
