Justyn Randall, Non-Executive Director

Justyn is a serial entrepreneur in the recruitment sector. Before the age of 30 he built a specialist I.T. recruitment business to a sufficient size to attract the attention of major market competitors and ultimately sold his interest in the company to allow him to focus his attention on the development of a recruitment company in the medical sector. Justyn now leads and wholly owns Global Medics which is a market leading medical recruitment company providing senior level interim and long term medical staff to hospitals and clinics in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Mike Hume, Non-Executive Director

Michael Hume is a Monetary Policy Adviser in the Bank of England's MPC Unit and a Non-Executive Director of Cogence Search Ltd. He was previously Chief Economist for Europe and the Middle East in London and Chief International Economist in New York at Lehman Brothers. He has held numerous positions on outside bodies and groupings such as the Handlesblatt/Wall Street Journal ECB Shadow Council, the Lisbon Council's Board of Economists, and working groups at both the Royal Society and Chatham House. He was educated at the Universities of Oxford and Warwick.
