Cogence Search, specialist London Legal Recruitment company, has launched a unique survey looking at the real life effects of gender in the legal profession. In part this is to help us understand the "Leaky Pipeline" effect wherein roughly equal numbers of men and women enter the profession but a far lower proportion of women enter partnership. We aim to assist firms and individuals in the management of legal careers.
