Job description

A global law firm based in the city with a real international presence are looking to grow their contentious Intellectual Property department with the hire of an associate between the 1-5 PQE level.

The practice are known for their vast expertise on a wide gamut of IP litigation matters. The team deal with several high-profile Intellectual Property disputes for some of the world's biggest technology businesses.

This vacancy represents the opportune time to join a growing professional practice and work side by side with practitioners that are respected figures within this field. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in a wide variety of contentious IP matters but the majority of the individuals practice with consist of Patent Litigation work within the TMT sector.

The new joiner will possess a strong academic record (minimum of a 2:1) and would have gained a minimum of one year post qualification experience within a respected City firm. Candidates with a strong technology/physics background will be looked upon favourably but this is by no means a prerequisite.
