Job description

An established west-end law firm with a strong Private Client team are seeking to further grow their Private Wealth team. The firm are looking to employ an associate solicitor with over 2 year's post qualification experience with experience in succession planning and tax issues.

The law firm's Private Client department are known for their experience on a wide variety of private wealth matters. The practice offer advice on succession planning, providing solutions to inheritance tax and Capital gains tax mitigation. The department offer advice on domestic and international taxation to clients including; families, trustees and high-net worth individuals.

This opportunity represents the perfect time to join a collegiate and growing team and work alongside Partners that are leaders within this particular field. The ideal candidate will be have a busy caseload handling a variety of Private Client matters and offer advice to wealthy families on drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. With the ability to offer specialist advice on tax planning and trusts.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and would have gained a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience within a respected City, regional or west-end law firm.
